Backend Developer

About this position

We are looking for talented and open-minded full-time Backend Developers who are enthusiastic about building a core solution for customer collaboration, engagement, and support.

You’ll be responsible for developing the API used internally in our products. And, the exact same API is used by external developers who build Raincheck integrations. So, your work will shape the entire Raincheck Platform ecosystem and the Raincheck Developer Community.

• 2+ years professional experience in Python and Django

• Experience in cloud technologies and building/maintaining a cloud service

Optional but good to have:

• Experience with Slack, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket), Docker, and Jenkins.
• Experience with working with cloud technologies.
• Industry-level experience with Industry-level experience with customer collaboration, customer engagement, or customer support solutions.
